3. Before purchasing an eSIM, please ensure that your mobile device supports eSIM technology.
4. For purchasing an physical SIM, you could collect it from any vending machines operated by the group after purchasing on IMC Networks Hong Kong online store (please refer to the vending machine location section); OR choose the mailing option, the SIM card will be mailed to your address in about 2 business days. (Standard mail does not offer any tracking or inquiry services, buyer assumes all mailing risks).
5. Once the product is ordered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Asia Miles will be credited to the registered Cathay membership account 3-4 weeks after each successful transaction.
7. Asia Miles cannot be earned for cancelled, returned or refunded orders.
