- Redemption Process: Obtain the Asia Miles redemption code from Edenred’s designated page → Log in to your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership account and follow the instructions to convert the miles → After completion, check the record under “Recent Activity.”
- Redemption terms and condition is subjected to the announcements of Edenred’s designated page.
- After the redemption code is used, the status of the e-voucher will be updated within three weeks after redemption.
- Please note the validity period of the redemption code. If the code expires and becomes unusable, no refund or exchange can be provided.
- Please check the Recent Activity in your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership account to confirm that the miles have been successfully credited.
