Dining Rewards for Cathay Member Terms and Conditions

During the period from December 10, 2025, to December 9, 2026, Cathay members can make reservations on the DiningCity platform through designated channels. Eligible spendings are able to receive Asia Miles under the following conditions:

  1. Miles for Booking with Participating Merchants:
    Cathay members who book and dine successfully at the merchants listed on the designated program page (https://partner.diningcity.asia/#/home?region_id=83&lang=en&program=loyalty_program&handle=) will be able to earn Asia Miles at the rate of RMB 4 = 1 Mile upon their Eligible Spending. Fractions of a mile are disregarded, and the total number of miles earned will be rounded down to the nearest whole Mile.
  2. Double Miles Every Monday:
    Cathay members who book and dine successfully on Monday at the merchants listed with the “Monday Combo” section on the activity page can earn an additional 1x Miles bonus, calculated based on the rules in Clause 1.
  3. Eligible bookings can enjoy the miles bonus from Clause 1 and 2 concurrently. The maximum bonus miles a member can earn per transaction is 5,000 Asia Miles.
  4. Other activities may be jointly agreed upon by the parties from time to time, and the relevant terms and conditions shall be subject to the specific descriptions of those dedicated activities.
  5. The total pool of bonus miles available is 200,000 Asia Miles for the period from December 10, 2025, to December 9, 2026. All eligible booking will be sequenced based on the booking time recorded in the DiningCity system. Bonus miles will be allocated according to this chronological order, prioritizing users who booked earlier, until the total pool is depleted.
  6. "Eligible Spending" refers to the amount spent at the participating merchant. Promotional set menus, platform group-buying deals, market price seafood, and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are excluded. Specific details are subject to the descriptions on the individual merchant's details page.
  7. Participating merchants are limited to those displayed within the designated program page provided by DiningCity. Cathay members must register as DiningCity Members, link their Cathay membership information on the designated registration page, and book participating merchants through the specified activity page. Miles are only awarded after successful completion of the dine-in experience. Cancellations or no-shows will not earn any miles.
  8. Members must correctly provide a valid Cathay membership number, along with their registered last name and first name (in English/Latin alphabet, exactly as it appears on their travel document), on the information collection page before making a booking to be eligible for earning miles. A DiningCity member can only register one Cathay membership number. Once submitted, the registered Cathay membership number, last name, and first name cannot be modified, deleted, or replaced with another membership number. Failure to provide this information before booking, or providing incorrect information, will result in ineligibility for miles.
  9. Miles mentioned in Clause 1 and Clause 2 will be credited to the linked Cathay member's account collectively by the end of the month following the month of the dining date.
  10. The Cathay membership number, last name, and first name must be entered by the customer themselves. DiningCity will not accept any customer requests to add, modify, or change the registered Cathay membership number, last name, or first name.
  11. Since some restaurants need to prepare ingredients and reserve limited seats in advance, deposit in advance before accepting bookings. Please check the instructions in the menu for details. If member cannot settle the deposit within the required period, the booking will be cancelled.
  12. Cancellation and Modification:
    Customers must cancel or modify their bookings through DiningCity within the specified time, at least 1 hour before the meal , otherwise the booking will not be canceled and will be marked as a no-show by the restaurant. If the modification is unsuccessful, it may be because the number of seats during that time period is full or insufficient. Cancellations or modifications made by phone, email, or direct contact with the restaurant are not applicable.

    *Some restaurants have special requirements for cancellation/modification time. Cancellation/modification 1 hour before the meal is applicable to most of the restaurants. Please refer to the restaurant requirements regarding the guest’s booking for details.
  13. Asia Miles cannot be earned on certain promotional menus during festive seasons and other dining partner-related promotions, discounts and set menus. Members are advised to check with the dining partner(s) concerned prior to dining.
  14. Restaurants may adjust menus, operating hours, etc., due to operational needs, seasonal availability of ingredients, or other unforeseen factors. The final products or services received will be based on what the restaurant can provide. Please consult with the restaurant for specific matters. If members cannot accept the restaurant's modifications, members can choose to cancel their booking without cancellation charge.
  15. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and DiningCity reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
  16. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and DiningCity will be final.
