What is the contract period?

A contract period in Business Plus lasts for 12 months from the date of join. During this period, the company earns Business Status Points from travel on Eligible Tickets. The contract will be renewed automatically at the end of the 12 month period or when you are promoted to a higher Business Status. If you move to a higher Business Status, your contract period resets, and you have 12 months to retain that status or move up further. If you do not gain enough Business Status Points to retain a higher level status within the 12 month contract period, you will move back to the lower Business Status for the next contract year.
