1. Please ensure that you correctly enter your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership number during the insurance purchase process. If the information is missing or incorrect, miles will not be credited. Tai An Insurance and Cathay Pacific will not provide separate notifications, corrections, or re-issuance. The valid Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership account used for mileage crediting must be owned by the policyholder.
2. If eligible for mileage rewards or a lottery winner, the earned miles are expected to be credited to the valid Cathay Pacific's Cathay account registered at the time of policy purchase by the end of the following month. The exact crediting time is subject to Asia Miles Limited's actual processing. Once miles have been successfully redeemed, they cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged.
3. Each designated insurance policy can only register one Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership number at the time of online purchase.
4. Mileage reward quotas and lottery quotas for different insurance products are subject to the detailed regulations on the Tai An Insurance webpage.
5. Any changes to the promotion content will be updated on the campaign website. In case of any disputes, Asia Miles Limited and Tai An Insurance Co., Ltd. reserve the final decision-making rights.
6. The mileage rewards in this promotion are not part of the insurance contract. The rights and obligations of the insurance contract will be fulfilled by Tai An Insurance according to the policy terms.
7. This promotion is jointly organized by Asia Miles Limited and Tai An Insurance. There is no agency or similar relationship between the two parties.
