Picanhas’, named after a popular Brazilian cut of beef, is a new culinary experience from the creators of Hong Kong’s Flat Iron Steak. The intimate 40-seat restaurant centred around an open kitchen offers a theatrical dining experience. Watch the chefs expertly roast Black Angus and Wagyu Picanhas (rump caps) in the Josper grill and carve them tableside. Enjoy your steak with zesty chimichurri, paired with an affordable Argentine wine, and followed by freshly made churros served with a secret hot chocolate sauce.
