Diamond members are guaranteed an Economy seat in fare class Y up to 24 hours before departure. This benefit may be suspended without prior notice for operational reasons. ^{3, 6}
Guaranteed Premium Economy seat
Diamond members are guaranteed a Premium Economy seat in fare class W up to 24 hours before departure. This benefit may be suspended without prior notice for operational reasons.^{4, 6}
Guaranteed Business seat
Diamond members are guaranteed a Business seat in fare class J up to 24 hours before departure. Until further notice, this benefit will be excluded for flights on the A321neo and may be suspended without prior notice for operational reasons.^{5, 6}
Preferred seating on flights operated by Air New Zealand
Select your preferred seat in advance on Cathay Pacific flights operated by Air New Zealand when travelling between Auckland and Hong Kong.⁷
24-hour free cancellation
You can cancel your ticket free of charge within 24 hours after booking.⁸
