At his intimate 14-seat restaurant , the Kolkata-born chef serves up course after course of wildly inventive Indian cuisine – all delivered with the charisma of a rock star. Between the theatrical flair and global acclaim, his eponymous restaurant has become a must-visit destination for culinary adventurers worldwide. This excitingly competitive category saw the finalists separated by only a few dozen votes each.
