Life is a little sweeter at this romantic Italian spot in Central, where chef Enrico Bartolini puts his combined 14 Michelin stars to profitable use. Championing Italian simplicity, SPIGA’s pastas are the real star of the show here; think boar ragu pici al cinghiale, blue lobster linguine all’astice and sea urchin seaweed spaghetti chitarra ai ricci di mare. Pizzas, grilled seafood and perfectly executed proteins will fill any remaining gaps, followed by a tableside-made affogato to end the night.
