1. Members must purchase the package on the DeltaHealth Wechat E-store (Youzan) platform and input Cathay member information, including Cathay membership number, member first name (English/Pinyin), last name (English/Pinyin), for the purpose of miles crediting.

2. Content items of the package cannot be customised. Once the health check is completed and the order information is verified, no refund will be provided.

3. Please make a booking by calling relevant hotlines for DeltaHealth Hospital / DeltaHealth Clinic · Hongqiao. Timeslots for health check are subject to availability. (Details please refer to DeltaHealth E-store)

4. Miles will be credited to Cathay Member account within 4-6 weeks after completing the Health check.

5. Only Cathay Member himself/herself can participate, miles can only be credited to Cathay Member's own account.

6. If the registered Cathay Member information is incorrect, resulting in failure to enter, the loss shall be borne by the member.

7. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Shanghai Deltahealth reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time

8. In case of any dispute, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Shanghai Deltahealth reserve right of explanation.
