How does Upgrade Bid work?

  1. You can check your eligibility on the Upgrade Bid page or through Manage Booking. Or, you'll receive an invitation email if you have subscribed to our newsletter.
  2. Each flight has a preset offer range that your bid must fall within. These amounts might vary at any time. You can submit a bid up to 26 hours before the scheduled departure time. Please note that the Upgrade Bid amount is separate from the cost of your original ticket.
  3. Your Upgrade Bid may be accepted any time within 50 hours of departure. If accepted, your credit card will be charged automatically. You can modify or cancel your bid up to 26 hours before the scheduled departure time, provided that the bid has not been accepted.
  4. We’ll email you no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to confirm whether your bid is accepted or not.
