1. Miles earning is only applicable to regular-priced items (selected items are excluded).
2. Miles earning is only convertible with TWIST point, not TWIST dollar.
3. 10,000 points can be converted for 1,025 Asia Miles.
4. TWIST points are converted in units of 10,000.
5. Each member can only convert their TWIST point to Asia Miles once per calendar month. The upper limit of the conversion is 10,250 Asia Miles each time.
6. Members must login to the designated webpage at the TWIST Member Website and/or Member Mobile App for Asia Miles conversion. Miles will be credited to the member's Cathay membership account 6 – 8 weeks after every successful conversion. Before any successful conversion for Asia Miles, relevant reward points will be temporarily retained to ensure sufficient points that are available for the requested Asia Miles conversion.
7. Any dealings arising from the conversion of the Asia Miles including but not limited to terms and conditions, disputes and losses are solely between customers and Cathay. TWIST assumes no responsibility for any loss of points that may expire should the conversion is eventually unsuccessful.
8. TWIST shall assume no responsibility for any failure of Asia Miles conversion due to provision of wrong Cathay membership number and/or username by the member.
9. Asia Miles cannot be earned in conjunction with gift on purchase or any other promotional offer.
10. Miles cannot be earned for cancelled, returned or refunded orders.
11. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and TWIST reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions.
12. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and TWIST.
