Toretore Hamayaki
Toretore Hamayaki is named after the Japanese tradition of hamayaki – grilling just-caught seafood over a charcoal fire at the seashore. With fresh seafood, all that is needed is simple seasoning: the flavour of the seawater from the seafood is in perfect harmony with that of the smoky charcoal, resulting in an uniquely delicious taste.
The chef at Toretore Hamayayi personally selects seasonal catches of seafood flown in from Japan, and adjusts the grill heat using his many years of hamayaki experience. With stoves at each table, guests can experience this original cooking method for themselves or have their food grilled for them.
