Seolhamyeok

Seolhamyeok, which translates as “snow under snow”, is an old Korean reference to the roast meat enjoyed by the nobility of the Goryeo court on a snowy night. Today, Seolhamyeok is the name of a high-end Korean barbecue restaurant located in Harbour City.
