Flexible ticket conditions for flights to/from Colombo

In light of severe flooding in Sri Lanka, we’re waiving rebooking, rerouting and refund charges to give you greater flexibility to adjust your journey as needed. We know that travel plans may be impacted by evolving circumstances, and we want to make it easier for you to travel with confidence – whether that means rescheduling or cancelling your trip.

If you choose to make a new booking, please note that any difference in fare or taxes between your original and new itinerary will still apply.

Please note the following:

• Your ticket must be booked on a Cathay Pacific-operated flight.
• You can choose new travel dates, as long as they are on or before 31 Jan 2026. Your new travel dates are subject to seat availability.
• This arrangement does not apply to tickets that have already been fully or partially refunded.
