An award-winning drinks cellar, unrivalled fine dining, state of the art inflight entertainment and an undisturbed sleep in one of the most luxurious beds in the sky are just a few of the luxuries that await you when you fly First with Cathay. And thanks to our new earning offer with Standard Chartered bank, it’s never been easier to take off in luxury.

From now until the end of March, you can earn up to 280,000 when you sign up for Priority Private Banking with Standard Chartered. That’s enough miles for a return First class trip to London, Paris  or Tokyo from Hong Kong.

    What’s on offer?

Until 31 March, new Standard Chartered clients can earn up to 40,000 when they sign up for Priorty Banking and deposit HK$1,000,000 or up to 280,000 when you become a Priority Private account holder and deposit HK$8,000,000 in new funds. In other words, you could earn yourself enough miles to secure a First class ticket to a number of destinations worldwide simply by opening an account with Standard Chartered.

    How does it work?

Signing up is easy. All you need to do is download the SC Mobile app, open a new account, and sign up for Priority Banking or Priority Private. To qualify for the maximum number of miles, you’ll also need to deposit new funds with SC Pay (FPS), which you can do easily through the app once your new account is set up.

After you’ve registered, deposited your funds, and selected Asia Miles as your chosen welcome offer, your Cathay account will be credited within six weeks of the fulfilment date. That gives you plenty of time to plan out your dream holiday with all those miles you’ll be getting.

What if I’m already an existing client of Standard Chartered?

Don’t worry, there’s an incredible offer available for existing clients, too. Upgrade to Priority Banking and you could be  105,000 closer to your First class ticket, or switch to Priority Private for up to 165,000.

Where can I use my miles?

Once your welcome offer bonus miles have been credited to your Cathay account, there are plenty of ways to spend them. You can, of course, redeem them on a First class flight to your dream destination, or book with Miles Plus Cash for a more flexible payment option.

You can also redeem your miles on more than 10,000 products, and there are lots of experiences and offers on everything from travel to dining when you shop with Cathay.
