It’s calculated as a percentage of your total payable amount, which includes fares, taxes, fuel surcharges, ancillary products (such as preferred seats and extra baggage), and service fees (such as cancellation or rebooking). Each transaction has a capped maximum fee.
For bookings paid with a mix of miles and cash, the surcharge applies only to the cash portion paid by applicable payment options unless exception applies.
