Why do I get the error message “The discount code you have entered is invalid? Please enter a valid discount code” after entering the MICE event code?

The format of the MICE Event code is MICEXXX (XXX-3 assigned digits, no space in between). Please obtain the correct MICE Event code from our MICE Partner (the event organiser).
