  1. The redemption code can only be used within its validity period on the Hami Point website or Hami Point mobile app.
  2. Point redemption process:

    (a) Via Hami Point website: Log in → Quick Code Registration → Enter the redemption code and verification code to complete the point exchange.

    (b) Via Hami Point mobile app: Log in → My Points → Redeem Code → Enter the redemption code to complete the point exchange.
  3. You must be a Chunghwa Telecom member to use this code.
  4. Once the redemption code has been exchanged for Hami Points, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  5. The code cannot be used as cash directly. It must first be registered to your account before use. Lost or expired codes will not be reissued.

  1. Rewards must be redeemed within the specified date on the e-voucher; expired vouchers will be void.
  2. Once the e-voucher is issued, the holder assumes all responsibility. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or expired vouchers.
  3. Redemption rewards are limited in quantity and available while supplies last.
  4. Product images are for reference only.
  5. This reward is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  6. The e-voucher is for the reward recipient’s use only and is non-transferable. E-vouchers cannot be copied, distributed, published in any form, or used by anyone other than the intended recipient. Any distributed or forwarded vouchers may be rejected or canceled. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any misuse of the e-voucher.
  7. Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the reward redemption and to amend the redemption terms and conditions without prior notice.
  8. In case of any dispute, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. shall have the final decision.
