How do I claim missing non-airline Asia Miles?

To claim missing non-airline Asia Miles, log in to your account at, visit "Account overview" under "Member account", and click “Manage your miles” and “Claim missing non-airline miles” to download and complete the Missing Mileage Request Form. Missing mileage must be claimed within six months of the transaction date. You should be able to see the mileage on your statement profile within six to eight weeks if your non-airline activity is eligible to earn miles.
