Who can use online check-in?

All passengers holding e-tickets. Exceptions are:

• Passengers requiring medical assistance
• Passengers requiring a stretcher
• Passengers with a cabin baggage occupying seat request
• Passengers with an extra seat request
• Passengers travelling in a group and are registered as a group in the booking
• Passengers travelling as an unaccompanied minor aged 11 or below
