N2 Coffee Bike

N2 Coffee Bike, near Taipei's Dongmen Station, specialises in nitrogen cold-brewed coffee. N2 is the symbol for nitrogen gas and is associated with nature. The coffee bike at the storefront was once used at pop-up events and is now the cafe mascot.

A variety of cold brew beans is used for nitrogen coffee. The coffee is slowly extracted at a low temperature for 42 hours and then injected with nitrogen to make it creamy smooth, naturally sweet, with a “cool water” feel. In addition, the café also offers nitrogen cold-brew teas, hand-brewed coffee, nitrogen beers and homemade artisanal desserts.
