How can I make a claim for delayed or damaged baggage?
If you already have a reference number, you can complete an Online Baggage Claim Form which can be accessed at the Baggage Information page.
If you do not have a reference number, please contact our local Baggage Services Office.
Once you have completed the form, you will be sent an aknowledgement email that will prompt you to attach supporting documents.
