Eligible customers can click on the Airport Express promotional link on their flight booking confirmation page/ email to purchase Airport Express tickets at the website of MTR Online Ticketing Service. The promotional link is valid from now until 30 June 2025.
Eligible customers are advised to check that discount is applied at the website of MTR Online Ticketing Service for their chosen journey before payment checkout.
Airport Express tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged for other tickets or redeemed for cash once the purchase order is confirmed.
The Airport Express Single Journey Ticket must be used within 92 days from the date of purchase.
The first journey of the Airport Express Round Trip Ticket must be used within 92 days from the date of purchase; the second journey must be completed within 30 days from the date of the first journey.
Eligible customers who refund or cancel the itinerary will be regarded as forfeiture of the offered item. If the changed itinerary is out of the applicable travel period, it will be regarded as forfeiture of the offer.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
