1. Cathay members (“Members”) can earn Asia Miles only by completing one of the following eligible services: any course categorised as an Open Course, Private Coaching or Team INVIS training, or Bicycle Rental (“Eligible Services”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, certain classes and services are not eligible for earning Asia Miles. These include services booked under organisations, groups, or companies; award, complimentary or donated services; group or specially discounted services; artistic cycling performances; talks and training sessions; races and activity services; and any unused or refunded services.
3. Members must provide their Cathay membership number and full name at registration and before attending any class, training or rental. The information must match the records in the Cathay system. Incorrect or missing information will result in the forfeiture of Asia Miles. Cathay and INVIS HK are not responsible for any failure to credit miles due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Member.
4. Asia Miles can only be earned by the Member who purchases and completes the Eligible Services. Miles are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer miles will result in forfeiture. Any attempt to manipulate or circumvent this condition may result in disqualification from the promotion.
5. Asia Miles cannot be earned in conjunction with gift-on-purchase promotions or other promotional offers.
6. Asia Miles will be credited to the Member’s account within 6 to 8 weeks after completing the class, training or rental. Actual crediting time may vary depending on system processing and verification.
7. Asia Miles will not be awarded for cancelled, returned or refunded services.
8. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVIS HK Company Limited reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVIS HK Company Limited.
10. Other Cathay terms and conditions and INVIS HK Company Limited apply.
11. Limitation of Liability: Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVIS HK Company Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from the use or inability to use the Cathay membership programme, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Data Privacy: By participating in this promotion, Members agree that their personal data may be collected, used, and shared between Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited, and INVIS HK Company Limited for the purpose of administering the Cathay membership programme and related services, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
14. Right to Disqualify: Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVIS HK Company Limited reserve the right to disqualify any Member who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
15. Force Majeure Clause: Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVIS HK Company Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, or regulatory changes.
