Celebrating the convergence of Asian and British cultures, Canton Blue offers innovative Cantonese cuisine in exquisitely decorated spaces. The main dining room, inspired by a maritime passage from East to West, features design elements from the Keying junk – including porcelain displays and a backlit celestial map. Low-lit tables surround a carved fireplace, while two private rooms, The Silk Room and The Music Room, honour Chinese culture. Service is refined, with many dishes finished tableside.
