Soundwill Club

1. The promotion period is from 1 Apr 2025 to 30 Sep 2025 (both dates inclusive).
2. You must be a Soundwill Club member and a Cathay member. If you have not yet registered, please join now to become our member. If you do not have a Cathay membership account, please visit https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK/membership/sign-up.html to sign up as a Cathay member.
3. During promotional period, customers who download the Soundwill Club mobile application (the “App”) and register as a member for the first time can earn 300 Asia Miles after their first successful Points registration of spending HK$300 or more at designated merchants. Customers can earn 500 miles after their first successful Points registration of spending HK$500 or more at designated merchants. A member can receive a maximum of 500 miles under this offer.
4. Soundwill Club Member can redeem 200 Asia Miles upon single e-spending of HK$1,600 or above with successful Points registration on the App. The offer can only be applied twice per calendar month; each member is entitled to receive a maximum of 400 miles during the entire promotion period.
5. “Eligible Spending” means a receipt that recording any purchase or spending by a customer at a Participating Merchant under Points reward scheme in Soundwill Plaza or Soundwill Plaza II – Midtown with designated amount or above in a single transaction, and is settled by electronic payment including EPS, Credit Card, Octopus, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Tap & Go, UnionPay QR Code.The amount eligible for Points registration shall be the actual spending amount only (net amount after any deduction).
6. All purchase and transactions on Soundwill Club Online Shop and any transaction of value-adding services, purchase of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and membership fee payment is not eligible for this promotion.
7. During promotional period, Soundwill Club members can convert Soundwill Club points into Asia Miles:
   100 Soundwill Club points can be converted to 200 Asia Miles;
   200 Soundwill Club points can be converted to 800 Asia Miles;
   400 Soundwill Club points can be converted to 2,400 Asia Miles
   600 Soundwill Club points can be converted to 4,200 Asia Miles;
   800 Soundwill Club points can be converted to 6,400 Asia Miles.
8. Member who chooses to convert their Soundwill Club Points to Asia Miles must ensure that the Cathay membership numbers registered must match with the record in Cathay database. Members are responsible for ensuring the correct membership numbers are entered. Failure to comply, wrong or missing of information will result in forfeiture of the right to receive Asia Miles.
9. Your Cathay membership account can only be linked to one Soundwill Club account and vice versa.
10. Miles will be credited to your Cathay membership account 6 to 8 weeks after each successful transaction.
11. The conversion of Soundwill Club Points to Asia Miles will be irrevocable and cannot be changed or reversed back.
12. Soundwill Club assumes no responsibility for Asia Miles converted from Soundwill Club Points or for the acts or losses associated with the Cathay member.
13. Other Soundwill Club and Cathay terms and conditions apply.
14. The above promotions are only on a first-come-first-serve basis and while stock lasts.
15. Soundwill Club, Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd and Asia Miles Limited reserve the right to amend any of these term and conditions.
16. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Soundwill Club, Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd and Asia Miles Limited.
