    1. Cathay members (“Members”) must complete eligible courses, services or purchase designated merchandise in order to earn Asia Miles. Eligible services include any Open Course, Private Coaching, Team INVIS training, bicycle rental or repair services, or other rental services. Eligible Shopping applies only to the purchase of designated merchandise and does not include any form of services (including but not limited to courses, rental services or repair services).
    2. Unless otherwise specified, certain courses, services or merchandise are not eligible for earning Asia Miles, including courses or merchandise purchased under organisations, groups or companies; award, complimentary or donated courses or merchandise; group or specially discounted courses, services or merchandise; artistic cycling performances; talks and training services; race or event services; repair services; and any unused, cancelled, exchanged or refunded courses, services or merchandise.
    3. Members must provide their Cathay membership number and full name at the time of registering for classes, booking services or purchasing merchandise, and such information must match the records in the Cathay system. Incorrect or missing information will result in the inability to earn miles. Cathay and INVIS Hong Kong are not responsible for any failure to credit miles due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Member.
    4. Asia Miles can only be earned by the Member who purchases and completes the eligible services or eligible merchandise transactions. Miles are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer miles will result in cancellation of such miles. Any attempt to manipulate or circumvent this condition may result in disqualification from this promotion.
    5. Members who choose to earn Asia Miles are not eligible to receive gift-on-purchase offers, discounts or any other promotional benefits.
    6. Upon completion of qualifying courses, training, rental services or designated merchandise purchases, the relevant miles will be credited to the Member’s Cathay account within approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Actual crediting time may vary depending on system processing and verification.
    7. No miles will be awarded for cancelled, exchanged or refunded courses, services or merchandise. If miles have already been credited, Cathay and INVIS Hong Kong reserve the right to deduct such miles.
    8. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVIS Hong Kong Company Limited reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
    9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVIS Hong Kong Company Limited.
    10. Other Cathay terms and conditions and INVIS Hong Kong Company Limited terms apply.
    11. Limitation of Liability: Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVIS Hong Kong Company Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from the use or inability to use the Cathay membership programme, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
    12. Data Privacy: By participating in this promotion, Members agree that their personal data may be collected, used and shared by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and INVIS Hong Kong Company Limited for administering the membership programme in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
    13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
    14. Right to Disqualify: Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVIS Hong Kong Company Limited reserve the right to disqualify any Member who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activities.
    15. Force Majeure: Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVIS Hong Kong Company Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, system failures or regulatory changes.
