The Kodak 10-inch digital photo frame features an anti-glare, high-resolution display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and touch screen control. Its built-in capacity includes 16GB of internal memory storage, which is expandable via a microSD memory card with up to 32GB of storage and USB flash drives, as well as 10GB of free cloud storage. There’s plenty of room to store all your favourite multimedia, and the frame also supports a range of formats across photo, video and music. You can upload content via email or the Kodak WiFi Photo Frame app, which is compatible with both iOS and Android devices, making it easy for shared use with the whole family.
In addition to using the device for photo and video playback, you can add background music to your photos and synchronise real-time information via Wi-Fi connection, such as the time and date, weather forecasts, and personal alarms.

As much as I adore the teddy bear-embellished photo frames we have at home, our photo collection feels stuck in a time capsule – not a single picture from the past ten years has made it onto display. A digital photo frame felt like the perfect solution to bring our memories up to date, showcasing countless photos without adding clutter.
Its 100 per cent natural wood construction gives it a rustic touch, meaning it still feels very much like a traditional, high-quality frame while being surprisingly lightweight. It also comes with a USB cable, two adaptors and an adjustable stand.
The frame offers vibrant colours and clear audio quality, with an intuitive user interface that makes it easy to set up. Its built-in G-sensor automatically rotates photos depending on whether the frame is positioned vertically or horizontally, but you can also manually adjust photo orientation or crop images. With the touch screen, you can easily adjust brightness and volume, and pinch to zoom in. Plus, you're able to upload up to 120 images at a time, making the whole process quick and hassle-free.
The main issue I experienced with the frame was with aspect ratios. When the frame was set to landscape mode, portrait phone photos would be cropped, while videos were stretched to fit the screen, which significantly affected proportions and quality.
The frame’s convenient email feature allows you to send photos, videos and music to a specific address and have them appear almost magically on the frame. However, I found that the transfer was rather delayed, taking around four minutes.
While the frame worked well overall, some additional features could further improve the experience. For instance, instead of having to download the Kodak app and register for an account, direct integration of iCloud, Google Photos and Spotify would allow for more seamless playback. And instead of having to keep the frame plugged into a wall outlet, it’d be more flexible if there was an internal rechargeable battery.
Whether you’re moving into a new home or just looking to spruce up your existing place, the Kodak 10" WiFi Photo Frame RCF-1013 is a meaningful and straightforward addition. It keeps fond memories close while also helping you stay organised with its alarm and calendar features.
