What is a Relationship Manager?

Diamond Exec members will have access to a dedicated Relationship Manager, who will assist with flight bookings and provide personalised support.

Your Relationship Manager will be available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), from 9.30am–1.00pm and 2.00pm–5.30pm. During these hours, they will attend to your specific needs or concerns through a dedicated email or phone number, and schedule one-on-one phone calls. This additional support complements our existing customer care channels, including our website and our 24/7 Customer Service Centres.
