Request a ticket refund

This is an internal refund form designed for GCC to submit refund requests.

Only tickets purchased through Cathay Pacific websites, GCC and worldwide Reservations and ticketing offices with payment by credit card are allowed to submit through this refund form.

Please be reminded to input remarks and cancel PNR before submit refund details.
