(Check-in counters, self service kiosks and bag drops are closed punctually 60 minutes before scheduled departure time)

In-town check-in service is now available at Hong Kong station from 6.00am to 11.00pm, and Kowloon station from 6.00am to 3.00pm. Passengers who have checked-in online may drop their bags at the bag drop counters. Self-service check-in kiosks are available at Tsing Yi station.

We recommend using the self-service facilities available in Aisle A, B, C and E.

1. Use the kiosk for self-service check-in

2. Print your boarding pass and baggage tag

3. Attach the baggage tag to your checked luggage and proceed to the self-service bag drop machines 

Note: If online check-in has been completed, proceed to the kiosk to get your baggage tags and then to the self-service bag drop machines.

Customs information

A passenger aged 18 or above can bring in duty free of - -

  • Tobacco Products: 19 cigarettes or 1 cigar or 25g of cigars or 25g of tobacco
  • Alcoholic Beverages: 1 litre of liquor with an alcoholic strength of more than 30% by volume measured at a temperature of 20℃ ( A passenger holding a Hong Kong ID Card must have spent minimum of 24 hours outside of the SAR in order to qualify for this allowance)

E-payment services (Octopus and EPS) at Customs Duty Office are available for payment of duties on tobacco and liquor. Please contact Customs Duty Office Tel: (852) 2182 1084 for enquiry.

 

Unlicensed export of powdered formula that exceeds 1.8kg net weight in total or by a passenger who has left and re-entered Hong Kong in the previous 24 hours is prohibited. Powdered formula includes milk powder and soya milk powder for infants and children under 36 months.
