PAINCHAUD means “warm bread” in French. Founded in 2013, it blends French artisan baking with modern aesthetics. The Chinese name 百丘 echoes its French sound and symbolizes a peaceful place in the wheat fields. Pain Chaud uses premium ingredients and handcrafts croissants, country bread, sandwiches, coffee, and ice cream. As the first to bring pistachio choux to Shanghai, it now has nine stores, offering a space to share joyful moments.
