When will I be informed if my offer was successful?

You will receive an email at least 2 days prior to the departure date of your flight sector, informing you if you have been successful or unsuccessful. However, there could be technical issues where manual handling is required. In such cases, you may only be notified of the result 1 day prior to the departure date. During the period, you will not be able to perform online check-in.
