1. Customers can redeem via 2 channels:  
   • ttb touch app.
   • ttb reserve line for ttb reserve infinite and ttb reserve signature cardholders, contact +66 2-010-1428 or ttb absolute cardholders, contact +66 2-020-1428.
2.  Point exchange rate for reserve infinite, reserve signature, and absolute credit cards.
   • 3.5 points = 1 Asia Miles.
   • Minimum redemption is 3,500 points and can be increased in multiples of 3,500 (e.g., 3,500 / 7,000 / 10,500).
3.  Miles will be transferred to your Cathay membership account within 5 business days.
4. This privilege is for primary cardholders with accumulated points only.
5. Exchanged miles cannot be converted back to ttb credit card points.
6. Points cannot be transferred to miles for another person (membership name must match the credit card holder’s name only).
7. The bank reserves the right to change the conditions of point transfer and/or transfer rate, including cancellation of transactions. The point transfer is subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider, and once the transfer is completed, cancellation or point reversal is subject to the service provider’s conditions.
8. In case of dispute, the bank’s decision shall be final.
9. Use only as necessary and repay in full within due date to avoid 16% interest per year.
