    Shinsegae Duty Free

    1. The promotion may be participated in only once per month per membership number by members who have verified their Cathay membership number on the [My Page > Affiliate Mileage/Points] of Shinsegae Duty Free Online Mall.
    2. The benefits provided through this promotion are for Shinsegae Duty Free and Cathay members only. (They must be at least 14 years old to be eligible for Shinsegae Duty Free membership.)
    3. To participate in the promotion, eligible members should log into Shinsegae Duty Free Online and select “Receive benefit.”
    4. The details of the promotion are subject to change or the promotion may end without notice, in accordance with the policies of Shinsegae Duty Free and Cathay.

    Asia Miles

    1. Asia Miles can be earned only by members who have verified their Cathay membership through the Shinsegae Duty Free Online Mall at [My Page > Earn Air Miles] of Shinsegae Duty Free Online Mall.
    2. Members can only earn mileage for one airline applied for in the month of shopping, after which the application cannot be changed or cancelled. (Mileage applications cannot be backdated once the month of shopping has passed.) After selecting Cathay, Asia Miles will be automatically credited every month until it is changed to another airline.
    3. Cathay membership must be confirmed before the duty-free purchase.
    4. Members can earn 1 Asia Mile per KRW1,000 for online or offline purchases from Shinsegae Duty Free. Asia Miles are not issued for purchases of less than KRW1,000.
    5. Up to 500 Asia Miles can be accumulated per member per month based on completed and collected purchases.
    6. Asia Miles will be credited to the relevant Cathay membership account within the following month after purchase collection.
    7. If the entered Cathay membership number is invalid during verification, Asia Miles cannot be accumulated.
    8. Asia Miles cannot be accumulated simultaneously with other mileage or points.

    Shinsegae Duty Free Triple miles

    1. Customers who spend USD250 or more (online and offline combined) each month (January 2026, February 2026) within the promotion period (from 1 January 2026 to 28 February 2026) and receive the duty-free products by 28 February 2026, are eligible for triple bonus miles.

    2. Those eligible for the bonus miles promotion can earn up to 1,500 miles per month. Miles will be credited to Cathay membership accounts consecutively starting from the 15th day of the month following the product receipt date. 

    3. Customers who fulfil the spending and product receipt requirements for each month (January 2026, February 2026) within the promotion period can earn up to a total of 3,000 miles.

    4. The examples below are based on the dollar-won exchange rate of USD 1 = KRW 1,000.

    5. Example 1: If a customer spent $USD250 on 24 January 2026, USD100 on 1 February 2026, and USD300 on 20 February 2026, receiving all products on 28 February 2026, the total bonus miles would be 750 miles for January and 1,200 miles for February, yielding a total of 1,950 miles. 

    6. Example 2: If a customer spent USD250 on 31 December, 2025, receiving the product on 1 February, 2026, the total miles accrued would be 250. (Triple Bonus Miles not applicable)

    7. Example 3: If a customer spent USD800 on 25 January, 2026, and USD500 on 4 February, 2026, receiving the product on 28 February, 2026, the total earned miles would be 3,000 (Monthly limit up to 1,500).

    8. Triple bonus miles are not applicable to the purchases made before 1 January 2026 or for deliveries made after the promotion period even if USD250 or more was spent during the promotion period. 

    9. If you are not eligible for the bonus miles, the terms and conditions for basic accumulation (up to 500 miles per month) will be applied. 

    10. Bonus Asia Miles cannot be transferred to other persons or exchanged for cash or other goods.

    11. Asia Miles Limited and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited reserve the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these terms and conditions and any arrangements in connection with the bonus miles at their sole discretion without prior notice or lability. The decision of Asia Miles on all matters in connection with this redemption shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
