1. You must be a Cathay member to transfer Max Miles to Asia Miles.
2. Once a transfer from Max Miles to Asia Miles is initiated, Max Miles cannot be reversed and/or refunded.
3. Transfers can only be made to your own individual Cathay membership account.
4. Each HeyMax account can be linked to only one Cathay membership account.
5. Asia Miles will be credited to the HeyMax member’s account within 5 working day of each eligible transfer.
6. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and HeyMax reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and HeyMax will be final.
