Terms and conditions
- Enrollment in Cathay Membership is required prior to conversion of China Bank Credit Card Rewards Points to Asia Miles. The Cardholder’s name on record with China Bank must exactly match the registered name in the Cathay Membership account. Asia Miles redemption intended for a Cathay Membership account under a different name is not allowed.

- The redeemed Asia Miles will be credited to the Cathay Membership account within seven (7) banking days from China Bank’s receipt of a valid request.
- Once a valid conversion of China Bank Credit Card Rewards Points to Asia Miles has been effected, such conversion is final and cannot be cancelled, revoked, changed, or reversed.
- The Cathay Membership Programme Terms and Conditions and China Bank Credit Cards Rewards Program Terms and Conditions shall apply.
- Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and China Bank reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice.
- All Asia Miles conversion matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and China Bank.
