Delayed or damaged baggage

What happens if my baggage got delayed or damaged?

Our liability for any loss, delay or damage to baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. Please file a report with our Baggage Services Counter located at the Arrivals Hall prior to customs clearance in case of a baggage delay / damage.
