I Can Fly Youth Academy – Inspiring Dreams to Take Flight

The Cathay "I Can Fly" programme embodies our unwavering commitment to youth development, providing students with unique opportunities across the aviation industry. Centred on Education, Discovery and Exploration, as well as incorporating social service, “I Can Fly” inspires young minds to pursue dreams within the aviation industry while contributing positively to society.
Structured around three key initiatives — the I Can Fly Youth Academy, the I Can Fly Discovery Flight and the I Can Fly Aviation Explorer Days, participants enjoy immersive experiences crafted to broaden their understanding of aviation while nurturing their passion for flight.
This year, to mark our 80th anniversary, we will be hosting a special edition of the I Can Fly Youth Academy, inviting 80 selected candidates on a unique two-week aviation training programme in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland.
