You can start shopping online for ground delivery and self-pickup products by following these steps:
While inflight –
- Enable Wi-Fi on your device and connect to the ‘Cathay Pacific’ network – enjoy complimentary access to the Cathay Shop.
- On the Wi-Fi portal, tap the INFLIGHT SHOPPING banner. If you can’t access the portal, type wifi.cathaypacific.com into your browser.
- You'll be directed to the landing page of ground delivery , or self-pickup – your shopping journey starts from there.
- Add your preferred items to the shopping cart.
- Review your shopping cart. Apply a promo code if you have any.
- Select ‘Guest checkout’ or ‘Member checkout’ to proceed to “Checkout page”. If you’ve already signed in with your Cathay account, you’ll be able to pay using a mix of miles and cash in your preferred ratio. Click ‘Checkout’ to proceed.
- Enter or edit the delivery and contact details (if applicable). Please make sure to enter the required information correctly.
- Once you land on the payment page, choose your payment method and enter your payment information.
- Upon successfully completing the transaction, you'll be redirected to the ‘Order summary’ page.
Please note: If the product is delivered via email or e-voucher, make sure you have correctly entered your email address. If you’re going to pick up your order at Cathay Shop – Cityplaza, the e-voucher will be sent to your registered email address for order collection.
