1. Members must present their Cathay membership card at the time of payment, please call +441617 687 384 to quote CATHAY and provide Cathay membership number. Asia Miles cannot be issued afterwards.
2. Miles earned are calculated based on the final actual transaction amount.
3. Asia Miles will be credited to your account 4 to 6 weeks after the completion of your stay. If you have not received your miles 4-6 weeks after completion of your cruise, please contact UKOffice@scenic.co.uk. Include as many booking details as possible (Cruise booking reference, Lead Guest name, check-in/check-out dates, guest name) and your Cathay membership number.

5. Claims for Asia Miles can only be made on the same date that the qualifying bookings are made and no retroactive claims for ‘bonus miles’, ‘bonus points’ or ‘bonus rebates’ will be permitted.
