    1. Members may convert points into Asia Miles only via WeChat mini program (「悅in卓悅」). The corresponding miles will be credited based on your available points balance at the time of conversion.
    2. Unless otherwise specifically stated, the miles earned will be calculated based on the quantity you choose to redeem.
    3. Miles earned from each One Avenue membership account may only be credited to one Cathay membership account. Once points are converted into miles, no reversal or amendment will be allowed.
    4. Miles will be credited to your Cathay membership account within 15 working days after the point conversion transaction has been successfully submitted.
    5. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited, and One Avenue reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
