    Asia Miles can only be earned on the base rental fee.

    Highlights

    1. Members must present their physical or digital Cathay membership card to the staff when renting a car from LOTTE Rental Co., Ltd. Any missed Asia Miles credit requests on the rental date must be submitted to LOTTE Rental Co., Ltd. Customer Service within 5 business days from the rental date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for Asia Miles credit.
    2. Asia Miles will be credited only on the base rental amount of the final valid payment. Miles will not be awarded on additional charges, such as CDW, fuel, tolls, chauffeur services (including Jeju chauffeur package), vehicle add-ons, and other service fees. Payment below KRW1,000 are not eligible for accrual (e.g. KRW 100,200 = 100).
    3. Asia Miles will only be awarded to Cathay members who rented a car and completed the payment at LOTTE Rental Co., Ltd.
    4. Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 10 business days after the vehicle return date.
    5. If a Cathay membership is cancelled or invalid before the miles crediting, no miles will be awarded.

    7. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and LOTTE Rental Co., Ltd. reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
    8. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and LOTTE Rental Co., Ltd. shall be final.
