Once one of Hong Kong's most productive textile factories in the 1950s, The Mills was revitalised in 2018 and has since become a cultural landmark. This Tsuen Wan spot features leisure spaces, shops, and restaurants – and is a favourite among pet enthusiasts.
The Mills is one of the few shopping centres that allows dogs to walk around alongside their owners – with many stores and eateries welcoming pets inside. The mall, which frequently hosts pet-themed markets and events, is also home to various pet supply shops including Hidden Gems , a zero-waste store offering pet treats and supplements in bulk. If you feel your pet starting to get restless, the rooftop garden on the third floor is a great spot for them to let loose.
