  1. Minimum conversion amount applies per conversion. Please note the expiry date of the code. Once expired, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  2. Upon completion of the redemption code entry, please ensure the corresponding miles have been successfully credited to your account. The mileage is expected to be credited within 7 business days. Kindly note that all redemption transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. Mileage crediting may take some time to process. If the miles are not reflected in your account immediately, we recommend logging out and back in, or checking again after the expected crediting period.
  3. Nanjing Feihan Network Technology Co., Ltd. is the exclusive collaborating entity authorised and appointed by WeBank Co., Ltd. to provide services for the “WeBank Customer Points Convert to Asia Miles” programme. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Nanjing Feihan Network Technology Co., Ltd. reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  4. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Nanjing Feihan Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall be final.
