  1. Please note the validity period of the pin code; if it expires, the code will become invalid and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  2. Upon completion of the transaction, please ensure the corresponding miles have been successfully credited to your membership account. Eligible miles are expected to be credited within 7 business days. Kindly note that all transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. Miles crediting may take some time to process. If eligible miles are not reflected in your membership account immediately, we recommend logging out and back in, or checking again after the expected crediting period.
  3. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
  4. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited will be final.
