韓式拌飯 (Bibimbap)

韓式烤牛肉 (Bulgogi)

牛肋骨煲 (Galbijjim)

炒粉絲 (Japchae)

雖然這料理的韓文名稱是「雜菜」的意思,但人們一般稱之為炒粉絲。其做法是將各類蔬菜切絲後與粉絲一起拌炒,並加入足量的醬油調味。由於這美饌包含各種五顏六色的蔬菜,再加上粉絲的光澤,洋溢一片歡樂氣息,成為慶祝特殊日子宴客的必備菜式之一。

辣炒年糕 (Tteokbokki)

辣炒年糕也許是現在最受韓國人和遊客歡迎的街頭小食,過去卻只屬宮廷貴族專享。據說辛辣版的炒年糕源於1970年代,當時一位廚師用紅辣椒醬取代原來的醬油,再加入椰菜和魚板等食材一起拌炒,結果大受歡迎。如今,熱呼呼的辣炒年糕在街頭隨處可見,是快速果腹的最佳選擇。

水冷麵 (Naengmyeon)

過去朝鮮半島北部在寒冬時只有薯仔和蕎麥可供食用,所以冰涼的蕎麥麵成為當地的冬季傳統主食。時至今日,水冷麵則成為夏季的消暑美食,其配料包括水煮肉片、青瓜、白蘿蔔片和水煮蛋。隨意加些醋、少量芥末或份量剛好的紅辣椒醬,更加惹味。

餃子 (Mandu)

餃子亞洲可說是必備美食,韓國也不例外。無論是街邊的小攤子或本地餐館,供應的種類可謂五花八門。餃子的餡料會根據季節而調整:冬季一般選用豆腐、泡菜和絞肉,讓身體增添暖意;夏季則大多以絞肉、香菇和青瓜絲帶來清爽的口感。

韓式炸雞 (Maekom-dak gangjeong)

除了韓流音樂和通俗韓劇之外,炸雞也是海外最受歡迎的韓國文化之一。本地人喜歡於宵夜時段來一客炸雞配搭冰啤酒,他們甚至為炸雞啤酒創造了「chimaek」一詞。雖然炸雞有各種風味,但最受歡迎的韓式炸雞是以紅辣椒醬和醬油調味而成。每一客韓式炸雞都會配一份以糖、醋和水醃製的白蘿蔔泡菜,清爽的味道恰好平衡了炸雞的油膩感。
