Cathay Pacific Airways today announced the appointment of Kenny Tang as the Chief Executive Officer designate of Dragonair.
He will replace Stanley Hui, whose resignation as Chief Executive Officer of Dragonair, was announced earlier today.
Dragonair will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific once a proposed share realignment involving Swire Pacific, Cathay Pacific, Air China, China National Aviation Company (CNAC) and CITIC Pacific, which has just been ratified by Extraordinary General Meetings of the public companies involved, is formalised.
