Download the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi app and go to the 'Points' activity page to convert the specified amount into Asia Miles. Once the conversion is successful, you will receive a redemption code.
Please note the validity period of the redemption code.
After completing the conversion, check the 'Latest Account' in your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership account to confirm that the miles have been successfully credited.
All transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
In case of any dispute, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited, and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store Co., Ltd. shall have the final decision.
